Problems installing Carrier Ops

i am new to flight simulator and was wondering how to install the carrier ops mod. I get errors about something called FSUIPC and i cant find anything helpfull online. Can someone please explain what FSUIPC is and how to get it working on my game?

Is this the same for FS2004?
It should be but be sure to get FSUIPC that works in 2004.
Scroll down a little and you find the one for FS9.1 (patched)
