Chief CaptainLand there, shut down the aircraft (cold and dark) and change that to your default flight.
Found this, same as mine.
"Just change the aircraft, airport, and whatever you want, hit fly now, and when the flight loads, hit save and check the little box that says load as default flight".
TraineeThanks that did work for me.. One more question it does save but if shut down my fsx acceleration down completely for the night and start it back up the next day, my carrier is not there plane stays but carrier is gone. It only saves if i keep FSX up.
Chief CaptainThe saved flight should be in Documents/Flight Simulator X Files folder.
See if it's there before you shut down FSX.
