Australia photoreal not working on X-Plane

Hi all,

I am new to XP and I have downloaded the Australia photoreal scenery, but it is not working. Can someone please give me some advise.

Here is what I have done:
I downloaded XP, then;
downloaded global scenery pack (mesh);
Downloaded hte Australia photoreal scenery.

I have checked my scenery packs ini file and from what I can tell it look like it is in the correct order. Mesh at the bottom then the Ortho Australia scenery for the different states, then Ortho overlay and then the standard XP data it comes with.

Can someone please let me know what I might need to do to get this working.
