Repainting with a partern

Hi!
I'm trying to repaint an a350-900 with the livery of a fictional airline using the FSX Paint Kit Airbus A350-900 V4 (https://flyawaysimulation.com/downloads/files/21185/fsx-paint-kit-airbus-a350-900-v4/). The aircraft's tail consists of a pattern that extends down to the fuselage, something like this. The thing is, I'm having a hard time apllying that pattern to the back of the plane because the tail section and the fuselage section are different files, so I can't make sure that the two parts align. Any suggestions?
