Why propellers in aircraft ATR 72 seem always standing still?

FSX/P3D ATR 72-500/600 V2.0
Aircraft Author: VirtualCol (Freeware).
Native FSX models: vcol_atr726_v2.
Airfile and Flight Dynamics: Philippe Marion.

My guess would be that the designer has more work to do to correct it.
