Australia Complete Photorealistic Scenery

Hi,
I am hoping that someone can help, I have downloaded the scenery package, unzipped it into custom Scenery in a folder called yOrtho4xp_Overlays (nothing else in this folder) 

I have read the read me file however am now stuck! I noticed that in a sub folder of custom scenery I do have a file called yOrtho4XP_Overlays. Should i delete this. I am unable to see any file called: scenery_packs.ini ??

Any help would be appreciated.
