info on modded planes in XP 11

Its good to see all these mods....some load in XP 11 and others dont..? One thing I noticed on the G1000 Baron mod....the stick forces seem to be different than the stock analog Baron 58. Is that something that can be modded when the coder is modifying these planes?? If so I would like to learn how to do some simple mods on these XP 11 planes...how can I get started with that? I am not really a coder.....
