I have the Sidewinder Pro USB and am very happy with it.
I've never used the other so I can't comment on it.

I think some will be along shortly to recommend the Saitek.

The bottom line is that either would be fine. Get which ever one feels good to you and fits your budget.

I have the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro. It's really a nice joystick, and it works perfect for me. I've never had a problem with it. It just works excellent 😉

I use the CH products yoke and rudder pedals for most of my flying. But I also have a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro that I use for air planes with sticks. It works great! I really like it. 😀
