Am looking to overclock my 9800pro to get a few more fps. Can anyone give me some help with how to do it? I have a tool called Rage 3d tweak

What's overclocking mean?
You understand of course that you are running the risk of blowing out your card by overclocking it.

I agree with Radarman, you are taking a risk. (of course I have done it in the past) ![]()
I figure engineers spent many people hours developing the board and chips to function at certain levels. Their goal is to reach specified performance with stability and reasonable life. It's a pretty new card and should perform well, I would hate to see you smoke it. Try bumping your RAM up some, it's cheap and no risk.
