Using old FS98 scenery
The only scenery I can locate for FAPE is in FS98 format. Is there a converter to let it work in FS2004 or will it work? Searching around the forums I suspect not, but its worth a shot.

No it won't work, 2002 will sometimes work in 2004, check out all the other 2004 South African scenery here.

What I thought. Thanks for the pointer to the site - nothing there for the one I want - unfortunately there isn't anything as commercial scenery either!
