Hi..
Is it possible to create a add-on scenery.I really would like to do something to the airfield at "Viseu ,Portugal"...Is it possible to add a bigger runway and some other buildings,if so how??

It is very close to where my family is from,and i would like if possible,to get a larger airfield there.
