TraineeDoes anyone know where I can get a step by stepguide of how to get this concorde off the ground without having to wade through the massive flight manual.

I would strongly recommend against it. Concorde is not a C152. You *have* to do a lot of stuff before she lets you taxi her around, let alone take off. It was designed 30 years ago and although it was ahead of its time back then, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles that automagically simplify the task of the pilot nowadays. You still have a few actions to perform by hand.
