some cabbin sounds and announcement effects? i noticed one on fs2004 but the link seems to be broked

I'm a Download Manager there and can assure the link isn't "broked" (or broken even, lol). You're probably trying to hotlink to the file, and that isn't permitted. Go here http://www.flightsimworld.com/downloads/viewfile/372.html and click download.
