Anyone using MegaScenery USA New York Vol 2?

Is anyone using MegaScenery USA New York Vol 2? (This is the New York environs set, not NYC.) It appears to be pretty good and I'm thiiiiiiis close to ordering a copy. Then I thought, what the heck, see if anyone here has used it and has an opinion.
