It's simple..

Foward The port 23456 TCP and unblock it in your firewall.

If you need help www.PortFoward.com

Start > Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Exceptions Tab > Add Exceptions

Make the name whatever u want i suggest FSXMultiPlayer

Port: 23456

Type: TCP

for firewall
