FSX Capricorn 156 Pro Motor Yacht Installation Problem

I decided to download this yacht in order to use in Flight Simulator X. I downloaded, and tried to install it, but I need a registration code for this to work. I went to the following website and there is no buy link for PayPal:

Please advise as to what I should do to download this excellent looking yacht.
