The fuel pump effect

At the end of an FSX session I usually park near the fuel pump to avoid getting run over by the AIs upon loading the next session. I've wondered why parking brakes aren't loaded after setting and saving, occasionally real weather updates can blow the cub around on start up!

Now I know.
The fuel pump effects how a saved flight is loaded! The brakes are released and fuel shutoff is opened. Parking beyond the fuel pump effect radius retains these saved settings after loading a new session.
