Grey Aircract w/o textures...?

I am having the problem on the EC135 and EC145 helicopters. Both show up in the preview and simulation as grey or white with little or no texture colors. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the planes many times and no change, what is wrong?

Go into the settings of the sim and uncheck the DX10 box, that should do it.
