Airport information changes

I have been a flight simmer for quite awhile, using FSX Gold Edition, running on a pc with XP w/sp3, the one thing I would ask as a "novice" such as I am, is there a field, within a record, that can be easily changed that would correct the out of date airport information, especially the No fuel truck available, when you use Shift - F, I know living here in Florida, where I do most of my sim flights that I have personally visited these sites and know that fuel trucks are there. Is it something I can change easily or is there a freeware/payware package out there that will update a given airport's database?? Airports of special interest, are KSUA, KFPR, and KVRB among others. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
