Aerosoft mega airport EDDM upgrade

I have installed and re-installed the Aerosoft Mega Airport EDDM. They have done a beautiful job on the airport scenery but they have also disabled one of the most important aspects of the airport, that is, when you install the Aerosoft program for EDDM including the updates, the jetways do not work with the typical Ctrl-J and for that matter they do not work at all. I have searched for some upgrades or anything to get the jetways to work but to no avail. Has anyone else run into this problem? I am using FSX under Windows 7 and would appreciate any information in this regard. I have run GSX ground services and experience the same problem. Thanks
