fsX deluxe v gold ?
I didn't think there would be a difference between an older deluxe w/ sp1 & sp2 on winXp (DX9) and Gold & Acceleration on win7 (DX10 preview).
But I have both examples running on computers side by side. Both sets of scenery sliders pushed to the max. Same plane (cub) parked at the same airport (camp longhorn).
And all of the buildings and half of the trees are missing in the Gold remdition compared to the deluxe !
Now the larger towns and airports still populate many buildings in the Gold version, But are there fewer objects rendered in Gold? I'm beginning to think so.
