Does anyone know about a HMNZS Waikato 2.0 for fs2004? I've got the 1.0 but its wake looks screwed up. I also can't use catapult without the arrcab program that costs money.

Not that I know of, most "packages" cost $.
But you can hunt down parts, ships (avsim) and check for arrestor cables, I found some for someone once.

Avsim, has a program in there library called 3wire. It's free. You get a Cat system and arrestor cables.
