Air Force One ATC
I recently found out that my old scanner can pick up AF1 ATC transmitions from anywhere in the US. ❗
My question is: would anyone know the time and date President Bush is heading back to Washington from Crawford from his Christmas vacation?

I couldn't ask them - they would think I'm a questionable character and be at my front door in minutes!

Not particularly I wouldn't think, the US probably have repeater stations based all over the country to help boost the reception so that the AF1 could be 'watched' thousands of kilometres away by security personnal.
What kind of radio do you have chris?

Actually, it's a desktop scanner from the 80's 😂
I found it in my basement a few years ago, but it still works!
