I'm trying to finalise my small fleet for adventure makin', and the criteria goes:
#1) Plane that stays below 10,000' with a range of less than 1,000km -i.e. for easy adventures.
#2) Plane that can go a bit higher and fly for more than 1,000km -i.e. for medium adventures.
#3) Plane that can go higher and further still -i.e. for crossing oceans.
I've got the Diamond HK-36 for Plane #1, and I was thinking -maybe- the Rutan Boomerang for Plane #2 ...but I've got no idea what to use for Plane #3.
The only rules I can think of are:
a) Must look good and have a decent VC for screenshot purposes
b) No Jetliners
c) No more than 3 engines
d) Plane #2 must be prop driven
😉
#1)
DeHavilland Chipmunk http://library.avsim.net/search.php?SearchTerm=Chipmunk&CatID=fs2004ac&Go=Search
or Boeing Steerman
#2)
Cessna 206 http://www.francesim.com/Fichiers/francesim/avions/c-206.zip
or Maule M7
or Piper Seneca
#3)
Cessna Citation X http://www.fsjets.com/02/Cessna/citation%20x.htm
or Dassault Falcon
Thanks for the suggestions Cheekytrolly! The Cessna Citation looks like a real winner with a range of 6,100km 😳 Downloading it now...
