I would say to get the best formance for FSX you will probably need the following ➡

Intel Pentium D Dual Core/AMD Dual Core Processer
2GB of Ram
256MB Nvidia GeForce 7800 GTX with SLI Technology
DVD Drive
250GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (Min)
A very large power supply prob a 450Watt Min.

This is just my personal prefernce but I think must people would agree with me on these spec's.

Last time I looked, I couldn't find a motherboard that could acommodate both an Intel and an AMD processor.

Well,it has a dual core intel extreme.Two processors,but no intel AND AMD.

What I mean was either an Intel Dual Core Processer or an AMD Dual Core Processer.
