I'm sure that some have got/used it already, but I have been reading about the Wetter 2004 add-on.

Sounds very interesting - small download 2.5MB.

I am a bit worried about this:

You must have installed the VB6 runtime files, which should be on your machine, if you have installed a VB6 program before. If you haven’t the VB6 runtime files, you may download them here:

VBRUN60.EXE or VBRUN60.EXE

I have no idea what those files do Fear
