this pc will not play fs 2004.
when i click on it . it comes up with the 1st screen the whole "Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004" and the prtty pic of the planes than a black sreen comes up with white lines and go back to windows desk top
pc spec is
Nvidia Geforce 6800 le - version 6.14 drivers
2.20 Ghz
1.00 Gb of ram

worst thing is my pc upstars runs it and is a cheat pc. plz help!

First OfficerIs it a FS2004 add-on blocking it? that's what's usually the case when my one gets spoilt. If nothing works, just re-install FS2004. I know it's a pain but it might work better. Well for me at least it did when I recently had a terrible problem.
Chief CaptainCrash to desktop situations are difficult to analyze, just like analyzing why an FS2004 question is in the FSX forum.
That said, I agree that a clean installation, might help. Also, eliminate as many programs running in the background as possible.
I won't mention what FS' EULA says about installing it on more that one computer. 
First OfficerWhat about updating your old nVidia drivers. 6.14 is pretty old.
