I also would like to suggest to check FSPax site Forums(and search there)and FAQs.You will find a load of interesting infos about it.
An easy way to calculate flight time is the following
DISTANCE : SPEED(average) = TIME(in minutes.Then TIME X 60 = TIME in hr)
In your navigation log you can find the distance between your two waypoints and you will have also an already calculated time but in most of cases this time isnt precise the truth one cause it hasnt been calculated your taxiing time and also the fact that during take off and landing you flying slower.
Keep on mind that until you reach 10000feet you cant fly faster than 250knots(you penalized if you do)except if you ask and get permission for this(CTRL+ALT+3).
A tip according to my small knowledges to take this permission is to not ask for it until your reach 6800feet.(it works for me)
