i've heard nothing but good things about the baron
The Flight1 Cessna 310 does react to abrupt throttle changes because its engines are not counter-rotating and the wingtip tanks make it a little skittish. I fly it with a yoke and it behaves very nicely. And the sound of the engines is excellent.
