Get Rid Of Some Trees! - Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight (FS2004 Scenery)

I just flew over medicine hat alberta. The area is smei-desert with fww if any trees. Yet the scenery shows a bush there. How do i get rid of these things? 😞

It looks good but it cost money i was looking for freeqware to do this.
