[b]on the internet there are multiple picture with lots of different angle screen shots. how can i get to see my planes in these angles.

Either try one of the buttons on your joystick or use either shift+ or ctrl+ the numbers on your keypad (num-lock on).

There's also a great freeware thing called F1view, which gives a whole bunch of additional camera movements. i use it and it's pretty good.
