FS2004 Piper Cheyenne IIIA in Alitalia Skymaster livery. The Piper Cheyenne is used as trainer for Alitalia pilots. The flight dynamics are the same as the default Kingair 350 with a few modifications to obtain all engine gauges working. By Marco Spada. Original model by J.R. Lucariny. Original panel by Riku Horrelli.

Piper Cheyenne 400 LS
From Wikipedia,
The Piper 400 LS is the largest aircraft ever made by Piper. Only 45 of these planes were made. It is essentially a Piper PA-31T Cheyenne with a change of engine; the original Pratt& Whitney PT-6A engines were replaced with Garrett TPE-331 engines for an increase in performance.
