Hi i would just like to know if it is possible to have ground moving traffic like moving cars on highways in flight simulator 2004?

Answered

No - I doubt it. It isn't an essential idea or one that would provide endless realism and satisfaction. It also takes a lot of system resources that are better used elsewhere 😉

Jon is right. 👍
Although ,there are some scenery add-ons which includes moving cars on the roads or some other some moving lights on the roads just to give you the motion sense. 😉

It can be done but as has been said it would put a strain on the gfx

Yes it is all included on VOZ 1.1 available at www.vistaoz.org for free.

It includes stationary textures of cares on some roads, moving 3D cars on other roads and moving lights on roads at night too.
