FS Movie Format FSR-WMV

Hi,
Is there any possible downloadable software that can change FS videos from .FSR to .WMV

ID APPRECIATE HELP

An FSR file is not a video file, a WMV one is though

Check out www.fraps.com

Its a program that takes videos
