Can i convert FSR video to a WAV file so that i can play it on my computer?

Just in case you haven't figured it out yet, the answer is NO. They are meant to be used inside of FSX only. They are binary files that just contain the alititude, heading and other information which allows FSX to simulate the recorded flight.
You know man.. you don't need to be a complete jackass about it!
