There should have been a read me. Maybe if you redownload it you'll get a readme. I've never used the program, but if it is anything like RWY12 scenery placer there should be a folder in teh C/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Flight Simulator9/Addon Scenery folder that is titled Fssc or Flight Simulator Scenery Creator. Put the file with the scenery you created into that folder. Then start up FS and go to Settings Scenery Library and then addon scenery. Click on the Fssc folder to activate it. Then restart FS. Now your scenery shoudl appear.
