Cant Fly Aircraft Downloads - Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight (FS2004 Aircraft)

good morning. I downloaded several aircraft last night. how do I get them to open in flight simulator 2004. I saved them to the aircraft folder in fs. but now I cant fly them. what do I do??
