3d glasses and cfs3 problems

has anyone experienced this or know how to fix this?
i have ED 3d glasses, tracker ir3, and cfs3. when i turn on the 3d glasses everything works but the icon indicators above the planes, airbases, etc. turn off. when i turn off the 3d glasses all icon indicators turn back on. i also get a blue bar that appears when i turn. i use ATI x1800 graphics card (it works ok with ED 3d glasses except for this. can anyone figure out how i can fix this?
