Converting Distances - Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight (FS2004 General)

Sorry because I could google this but does anyone know of a method of converting distances in miles, kilometers and meters in to feet? Thanks.

This little tool does everything except currencies and displays results instantaneously as it doesn't need to retrieve data from a site.
