I downloaded the file and extracted it to FS2004 after changing FS9.exe to FS9.old. When I click to open with out disk 4 in the drive, I get error message telling me it can't find file MSVCR70.dll. What must I do next?

As i say its a new problem for me so i dont know if that link works
