FS9 aircraft n FSX

How many of you guys tried to install aircraft(posky aircraft for instance) in FSX and got lucky????????

When I am trying to install anything in FSX(Airacraft, scenery, sound)
I get this error message:

MAKE SURE THE DISK IS NOT FUILL OR WRITE PROTECTED SND THAT THE FILE IS NOT CURRENTLY IN USE.

Do you know how to resolve this???????
