Asked

Was quite excited to install new sim but get that error message when I put in the dvd, have deluxe version and a newer powerhouse homebuilt gaming computer with no issues at all. Any ideas?

Delete Nero or Roxio, then start/search and get it all out.
Reboot and try again.
