Backing Up Files on FSX

Hi new to FSX

I'm after a little help explaining just where the exact files and folders are that need to be backed up that contain all my settings/data along with my mission progress for safe keeping.

So if someone could point out the locations of all these files that need to be backed up so I can reinstall or reformat my PC I can just dump them all back in and continue gaming were I left off without having to set it all up again.
