For some reason, it wont work in FSX either!!!!

What is going on around here?

Try this: hit the Print Screen key when you want to take a shot. Then go to your favourite image-editing program, open a new blank image and hit Ctrl-V to paste. Print Screen stores the current screen to the clipboard.

It's the one that says "Print Screen" on it 😉

Seriously, it may say something like "PrtScr" or some variant. On a standard English-language keyboard it is usually located top right, near the Insert/Delete/Home/End keys etc.

When you hit Print Screen, the file goes to the clipboard. You need to paste it into another program. Here's how I do it:

Pause the simulator (optional)
Hit Print Screen
Immediately Alt-Tab to the desktop and open Photoshop (doesn't have to be Photoshop, any image editor should work)
Open a new blank file in Photoshop
Hit Ctrl-V to paste the screenshot from the clipboard into the new file
Save the file to wherever I want, usually in JPG format if I plan to post it on the internet
Close photoshop, return to the sim, unpause and keep flying.

And voila!
