Scenery.cfg error

Hi i am haveing a problem with flight sim when i laod it up it says

Scenery.cfc file error local Scenery directionry (Scenery\cities\niagara\) in Scenery area .026 not found click ok to continue.

if i click ok the program ends, how do i fix this please help?
