Haven't been able to find a CBD add-on but here is a nice little file for the airport ➡ https://flyawaysimulation.com/downloads/files/2826/fs2004-brisbane-airport-jetways/
I have never installed VOZ -- it might include CBD sceneries

It has all the buildings, bridges, landmarks and even shows the Gabba.
It makes amassive diffence.
Google VOZ and download it asap. You need to download all of the versions and install them in order.
