Importing FS2004 scenary to FSX?

Hi all i was trying to find a Malaga/FARO/NICE sceanry airport, however i can only find a few for FS2004, is it possible to transfer them across to FSX?

Not unless it says so in the read-me.
Most scenery can't be transferred.
The world of FS9 was flat, FSX is round.
