To make them fully operational you have to use the default FSX 747 panel.
how i do that ?
The easiest way is to COPY the panel folder that resides inside the default 747 aircraft folder and PASTE it into the aircraft folder of your choice. You will be asked if you want to overwrite (because a folder with that name already exists) click yes and you're done.
