How can you speak to the passengers in the aircraft also can you speak to atc with the mic?

You can't talk to the passengers because there are no passengers. As for a ATC, you'll need an aditional program. Check the link below.

Search FSpassengers on google, it should be the first result.
This enables you to serve drinks to your passengers, tell them to put their seatbelt on, etc.
