I am new to FS2004 and have a question to ask. How do you safely delete "Saved flight plans", since there is no option to do so in the game.

Flight plans are stored in your [My documents-Flight simulator files]folder, just manually delete the particular flight plan you don't want.
Chief CaptainThe 'Flight Simulator Files' Folder contains flights you have saved and which you can call up in the 'Select a Flight' Menu.
It does NOT contain 'Flight Plans'.
I f you wish to delete 'saved flights', the easiest way is to go to the 'Select a flight' menu and choose which flight(s) you want to delete one by one.
If indeed you're concerned with 'Flight Plans', you have to get Traffic Tools.
Chief CaptainMine contains flight plans, they are .PLN files. 🤔
